Training

Using case studies, the latest texts and hands-on exercises, I conduct small-group trainings lasting from a few hours to a few days on a variety of social marketing and communications topics. Guest Lecturing

From my early teaching days in Japan to today I’ve enjoyed working with students. I lecture undergraduate and graduate students on the basics of social marketing and communications and share best practices and case studies from around the world. Public Speaking

Speaking at meetings and conferences and appearing on public affairs programs, I offer lively, intimate and engaging sessions chock full of unexpected insights and ideas that help broaden an audience’s knowledge and understanding. Topics include global social marketing, nonprofit communications, researching hard-to-reach audiences and evaluation for communications programs.
